The Wrangler's Last Ride
by Bud Breen

"The Wranglers Last Ride" is a 24 x 36 original oil painting by Bud Breen. It depicts the last honorary ride for a wrangler in the Old West--his saddled horse can be seen in the rear of the procession. I can't swear to it, but I believe Bud may have used an antique funeral coach on the Alamo Village movie set in Brackettville, Texas as the model for the coach in this painting. Next time I go out there, I'll have to look for it and take a photo!
